Move-In/Out Cleaning
A Clean Start or a Clean Handoff
Move-In/Out Cleaning is built for homes and apartments that need a detailed reset between occupants. Because the property is usually empty or mostly cleared, the service can reach areas that are harder to access during routine cleaning and includes detail work that is not part of Standard or Deep Cleaning.
Book Move-In/Out Cleaning and share your move date, property size, and whether the home will be empty. Check our Tulsa-area coverage, or call 918-416-7799 to discuss access, timing, and any appliance-interior add-ons before your visit.
⟡ Kitchen Turnover Detail: Includes routine and deep-clean kitchen tasks plus interior cabinets and drawers, pantry shelves, doors and frames, blinds or shutters, and cleaning behind or beneath movable appliances when they can be moved safely and the area is accessible. Inside refrigerator and oven cleaning are optional add-ons.
⟡ Bathroom Turnover Detail: Includes the full routine bathroom scope plus doors and frames, grout scrubbing, baseboards, interior cabinets, blinds and the medicine cabinet.
⟡ Bedrooms & Common Areas: Includes routine cleaning plus doors and frames, baseboards, closet areas and blinds for a more complete property reset.
⟡ Best Access Produces Better Results: An empty or mostly cleared property gives the cleaning team better access to floors, cabinets, closets, baseboards and other detailed areas.
⟡ Built for Transitions: This service is intended for properties being prepared for a new occupant, handed back after a move, or reset between residents.
Choose Move-In/Out Cleaning when the property needs turnover-level detail rather than routine maintenance. It is the strongest residential checklist for empty-home transitions because it includes interior cabinet and drawer cleaning, pantry shelves, closet or storage areas, blinds or shutters, and accessible cleaning behind or beneath movable appliances that is not part of Standard Cleaning or Deep Cleaning.
Before the appointment, remove personal belongings whenever possible and make sure the cleaning team can access the areas included in the booked scope.
After you settle in, compare weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring Standard Cleaning for ongoing home upkeep.

Why an Empty or Mostly Cleared Home Helps
Remove belongings and empty cabinets, drawers, pantry shelves and closets before the appointment. Appliance movement is subject to safe access; please discuss heavy or connected appliances in advance.
