Recurring house cleaning is designed to keep your home at a consistent maintenance level instead of letting everyday dust, dirt, and buildup accumulate between occasional one-time cleanings. JD’s Gleam Team offers recurring Standard Cleaning for Tulsa-area homes on weekly, biweekly, and monthly schedules.
Current recurring discounts are 20% weekly, 15% biweekly, and 10% monthly off the applicable Standard Cleaning base price. If the home has heavier buildup or neglected detail work, a Deep Cleaning may be the better starting point before recurring maintenance begins.

⟡ Standard Cleaning Checklist: Recurring visits use JD’s Gleam Team’s Standard Cleaning scope for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, floors, dusting, trash, light tidying, and other routine checklist tasks.
⟡ Square-Footage Pricing: The base residential rate is determined by the selected square-footage band. The recurring discount is then applied to the Standard Cleaning base price, with approved add-ons priced separately.
Weekly service starts at $124, biweekly service starts at $131.75, and monthly service starts at $139.50 for homes in the 1–749 sq. ft. band. Larger homes follow the applicable Standard Cleaning square-footage rate before the recurring discount is applied.
Recurring cleaning is intended for homes that are already at a manageable maintenance level. If there is heavier buildup, neglected detail work, or the home has not been professionally cleaned in a long time, Deep Cleaning may be more appropriate first. Bedrooms and bathrooms are collected for planning but do not independently determine the base price.
