Current recurring discounts are 25% weekly, 20% biweekly, and 15% monthly off the applicable Standard Cleaning base price. If the home has heavier buildup or neglected detail work, a Deep Cleaning may be the better starting point before recurring maintenance begins.

This schedule gives you the shortest gap between professional cleanings and the largest recurring discount on the Standard Cleaning base price.
⟡ Biweekly Cleaning — 20% Off: Choose every-other-week visits if you can manage light upkeep between appointments and want regular help with the full Standard Cleaning checklist. In the booking form, select Every Other Week.
⟡ Monthly Cleaning — 15% Off: Choose monthly visits if you handle more of the regular cleaning yourself and want scheduled professional maintenance. Consider weekly or biweekly service if buildup becomes difficult to manage between visits.
⟡ Standard Cleaning Checklist: Every recurring frequency uses the same Standard Cleaning scope for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, floors, dusting, trash, light tidying, and other routine checklist tasks. Choose your frequency around how much upkeep your home needs between visits.
⟡ Square-Footage Pricing: Your square-footage band sets the Standard Cleaning base price. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly discounts apply to that base price; approved add-ons are priced separately. Compare the price per visit and how often you want service when choosing your schedule.
Weekly service starts at $116.25, biweekly service starts at $124, and monthly service starts at $131.75 for homes in the 1–749 sq. ft. band. Larger homes follow the applicable Standard Cleaning square-footage rate before the recurring discount is applied.
Recurring cleaning is intended for homes that are already at a manageable maintenance level. If there is heavier buildup, neglected detail work, or the home has not been professionally cleaned in a long time, Deep Cleaning may be more appropriate first. Bedrooms and bathrooms are collected for planning but do not independently determine the base price.

What Recurring Cleaning Includes
Routine kitchen cleaning includes counters, sinks, stovetop surfaces, cabinet fronts, microwave interior/exterior, pantry floors and appliance exteriors. Bathrooms include showers and tubs, shower glass/tracks, toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors. Bedrooms and common areas receive the applicable dusting, floors, trash, light tidying and bed-making tasks when clean sheets are provided.
Do I Need a Deep Cleaning First?
A well-maintained home may start with Standard Cleaning. Heavier buildup or neglected detail can require a Deep Cleaning first. We match the starting service to the actual condition; a Deep Cleaning is not automatically required for every new customer.
Baseboards, doors/frames and other Deep-only detail are not automatically added to recurring visits. Oven and refrigerator interiors remain optional paid add-ons. See first-visit and recurring pricing and choose your home size and recurring schedule.
