What cleaning services does JD’s Gleam Team offer?

JD’s Gleam Team provides Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Recurring House Cleaning, Vacation Rental Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Janitorial Services, and Pre/Post-Construction Cleaning in Tulsa and surrounding communities.

Do you provide house cleaning services in Tulsa, OK?

Yes. JD’s Gleam Team provides professional house cleaning in Tulsa, OK, as well as nearby communities including Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, and other service areas.

Can I book a one-time cleaning?

Absolutely. You can book us for a one-time cleaning without committing to recurring service. One-time cleanings are especially useful before guests arrive, after a busy season, before a move, or anytime your space needs a reset.

Are your cleaners background checked and insured?

Yes. JD’s Gleam Team cleaners are background checked and insured, helping provide added confidence when welcoming our team into your home or business.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

If something does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. Eligible re-clean requests can be handled at no additional charge under our re-clean policy.

What is included in a standard house cleaning?

Standard Cleaning covers routine upkeep throughout kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. The checklist includes tasks such as counters and backsplash, sinks, stovetop surfaces, microwave cleaning, cabinet fronts and handles, pantry-floor cleaning, routine bathtub and shower surfaces, shower glass and tracks, toilets, mirrors, bedroom/common-area light switches and doorknobs, dusting, floors, trash, light tidying, and bed-making when clean sheets are provided. Higher-detail items such as baseboard wipe-downs and interior cabinets are not part of the Standard checklist.

How often should I schedule professional house cleaning?

The best frequency depends on household size, pets, lifestyle, and how quickly the home needs attention. JD's Gleam Team offers weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring Standard Cleaning for homes that are already at a manageable maintenance level.

What is the difference between standard cleaning and deep cleaning?

Standard Cleaning is designed for routine maintenance. Deep Cleaning includes the core Standard tasks plus additional detail work such as the oven hood / vent exterior, baseboards, doors and frames, window-frame detail, bathroom tile and grout scrubbing, and other buildup-prone detail work. For a side-by-side checklist and help choosing the right service, read our Standard vs. Deep vs. Move-Out Cleaning guide.

Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?

No. You do not necessarily need to be home as long as our cleaners have an approved way to access the property. You can choose the arrangement that works best when scheduling your service.

Should I clean or prepare my home before the cleaners arrive?

You do not need to clean before we arrive. Picking up personal belongings, important documents, toys, or clutter can simply help our cleaners spend more time focused on the actual cleaning.

What is included in a professional deep cleaning?

Deep Cleaning includes the core Standard Cleaning checklist plus added detail work in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Examples include the oven hood / vent exterior, doors and frames, baseboards, window-frame detail, bathroom tile and grout scrubbing, and other buildup-prone detail work.

How is deep cleaning different from regular house cleaning?

Standard Cleaning maintains a home that is already in manageable condition. Deep Cleaning goes further with detail work such as baseboards, doors and frames, the oven hood / vent exterior, window-frame detail, bathroom tile and grout scrubbing, and other buildup-prone detail work.

How often should a house be deep cleaned?

There is no single schedule for every home. Deep Cleaning is commonly used before starting recurring service, after a long gap between professional cleanings, during a seasonal reset, or whenever the home needs more detailed attention than routine maintenance.

When should I choose a deep cleaning instead of a standard cleaning?

Choose Deep Cleaning when the home has noticeable buildup or needs more detail than a routine maintenance visit. If the home is already in manageable condition, Standard Cleaning may be the better fit. For a property transition that needs interior cabinets and drawers, pantry shelves, closets or storage areas, blinds or shutters, or accessible cleaning behind movable appliances, choose Move-In/Out Cleaning.

How long does a deep house cleaning take?

The time required depends on the size of your home, its current condition, and the amount of detailed cleaning needed. Larger homes or homes with heavier buildup will naturally require more time than smaller, well-maintained spaces.

What is included in a move-in or move-out cleaning?

Move-In/Out Cleaning is JD's Gleam Team's most detailed residential transition checklist. It includes routine and deep-clean tasks plus interior cabinets and drawers, pantry shelves, bathroom cabinet interiors and medicine cabinet, blinds or shutters, closet or storage areas, baseboards, doors and frames, and cleaning behind or beneath movable appliances when safely accessible. Inside refrigerator and oven cleaning are optional add-ons.

Should the house be empty before a move-out cleaning?

An empty or mostly cleared property is strongly preferred because it gives the cleaning team better access to floors, cabinets, closets, baseboards, blinds, and other detailed areas included in the Move-In/Out checklist. Movable appliances are cleaned behind or beneath only when they can be moved safely and the area is accessible.

What is the difference between move-out cleaning and regular cleaning?

Move-In/Out Cleaning is designed for a property transition and includes detail areas that are not part of routine Standard Cleaning, such as cabinet and drawer interiors, pantry shelves, closets or storage areas, blinds or shutters, and accessible cleaning behind movable appliances. Inside refrigerator and oven cleaning are optional add-ons.

Can I schedule cleaning before moving into a new home?

Yes. A professional move-in cleaning can help give you a fresh starting point before furniture, boxes, and personal belongings are moved into the property.

When should I schedule my move-in or move-out cleaning?

For the best results, schedule a move-out cleaning after your belongings have been removed and before the final walkthrough. For a move-in cleaning, schedule it after you receive access to the property but before your furniture and boxes arrive.

Are inside cabinets, ovens, and refrigerators included?

Interior cabinets and drawers are included in Move-In/Out Cleaning when empty and accessible. They are not part of the base Standard or Deep Cleaning checklists. Inside oven and refrigerator cleaning are optional paid add-ons. Select the add-ons you need when booking and confirm any access or preparation requirements before your appointment.

What types of businesses do you provide commercial cleaning for?

JD’s Gleam Team provides commercial cleaning for offices, retail spaces, workplaces, common areas, and other suitable business properties in Tulsa and surrounding service areas. The cleaning scope is based on the facility's layout, use, traffic, and priorities.

What is included in commercial cleaning services?

Commercial cleaning can include routine cleaning of floors, work areas, common spaces, restrooms, break rooms, surfaces, trash areas, and other high-use areas based on the needs of your business.

How often should an office or commercial space be professionally cleaned?

Cleaning frequency depends on your business size, foot traffic, number of employees, and how the space is used. Some businesses need frequent cleaning, while others may only require weekly or customized recurring service.

Can you create a cleaning schedule around our business hours?

Yes. Commercial cleaning can be scheduled based on your business needs and availability. Contact JD’s Gleam Team to discuss a schedule that minimizes disruption to employees, customers, and daily operations.

What is the difference between commercial cleaning and janitorial services?

Commercial Cleaning can support broader one-time, periodic, or recurring business-cleaning needs. Janitorial Services are better suited to facilities that need consistent routine upkeep on an ongoing schedule.

How much does professional house cleaning cost in Tulsa?

Current residential pricing starts at $155 for Standard Cleaning, $240 for Deep Cleaning, and $285 for Move-In/Out Cleaning for homes in the 1–749 sq. ft. band. Larger homes are priced by the selected square-footage band, and approved add-ons are priced separately.

Does deep cleaning cost more than standard cleaning?

Yes. Deep Cleaning includes more detail work than Standard Cleaning, so the base price is higher within each square-footage band. The final amount also depends on any approved add-ons selected for the job.

What factors affect the cost of a cleaning service?

For JD's Gleam Team residential cleaning, the base price is determined by the selected service type and square-footage band. Bedrooms and bathrooms are collected for planning but do not set the base price. Approved add-ons are priced separately.

Can I get a cleaning quote before I book?

Yes. For Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out house cleaning, the online booking form shows the price after you select the service, square-footage band, and any approved add-ons, before you confirm the booking. For commercial, janitorial, or construction cleaning, request a tailored quote based on the property, agreed tasks, frequency, and access requirements.

Do recurring house-cleaning customers receive a discount?

Yes. Current recurring discounts are 25% for weekly service, 20% for biweekly service, and 15% for monthly service. Recurring service is intended for homes that are at a maintainable Standard Cleaning level.

How do I book a cleaning with JD’s Gleam Team?

For Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Out house cleaning, book online by selecting your service, home size, and available appointment. For commercial, janitorial, or construction cleaning, request a tailored quote so we can confirm the property, tasks, access, and schedule. You can also call JD’s Gleam Team for help choosing a service.

How far in advance should I book a professional cleaning?

Booking ahead is recommended, especially for deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, larger homes, or preferred appointment times. Availability can vary, so scheduling early gives you the best choice of dates.

Can I book recurring house cleaning?

Yes. In the online booking form, choose Standard Cleaning, then select Weekly, Every Other Week (biweekly), or Monthly. Recurring service is intended for homes at a manageable maintenance level; a Deep Cleaning may be the better starting point for heavier buildup. Compare recurring schedules and savings before choosing your frequency.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before your appointment have no cancellation fee. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before service are charged 50% of the service cost, while cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged 100%.

Can I request a re-clean if there is a problem with my service?

Yes. Eligible free re-clean requests may be submitted within 24 hours of service completion. Contact us promptly so we can review and address your concern.

What areas does JD’s Gleam Team serve?

JD’s Gleam Team serves Tulsa and surrounding communities, including Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, and additional nearby service areas.

Do you provide cleaning services in Broken Arrow, OK?

Yes. JD’s Gleam Team provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Broken Arrow and serves customers throughout the surrounding area.

Do you provide cleaning services outside Tulsa?

Yes. In addition to Tulsa, our cleaning team serves multiple nearby communities. Visit our Service Areas page to see the locations we currently cover.

How can I find out whether you clean in my ZIP code?

Check our Service Areas page or contact JD’s Gleam Team with your ZIP code. We can quickly confirm whether your address is within our current service area.

Do you offer both residential and commercial cleaning throughout your service area?

Service availability can depend on your location and the type of cleaning required. Contact us with your city and cleaning needs, and we can confirm the appropriate residential or commercial service for your property.

What is vacation rental turnover cleaning?

Vacation rental turnover cleaning resets the agreed guest areas between stays so the property is clean, presentable, and ready for the next arrival. The scope should follow the property's approved turnover checklist and host instructions.

Do you clean Airbnb and VRBO properties?

Yes. JD's Gleam Team provides cleaning for suitable Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term rental properties in the Tulsa area, subject to service availability and the property's turnover requirements.

Can you handle same-day vacation rental turnovers?

Same-day or tight-turn availability depends on checkout timing, property size, travel time, cleaner availability, and the work required. Providing turnover dates as early as possible gives the best chance of maintaining reliable coverage.

Are laundry, linen changes, and restocking included?

Laundry, linen changes, consumable restocking, damage documentation, and other host-specific tasks are not automatically included. They should be confirmed in advance so the quoted scope matches the property's operating needs.

Can vacation rental cleaning be scheduled repeatedly?

Yes. Recurring turnover cleaning can be coordinated around the property's reservation calendar and service availability. Consistent access instructions, checklists, and property notes help create a repeatable process.

What carpet-cleaning equipment do you use?

JD's Gleam Team uses professional truck-mounted carpet-cleaning equipment with hot-water extraction capability. The system can produce solution temperatures up to 260°F, while actual settings are matched to the carpet fiber, condition, and job rather than using maximum heat on every surface.

What carpet treatments are available?

Available carpet options include carpet shampooing, heavy stain pre-treatment, deodorizer treatment, and pet odor enzyme treatment when appropriate for the carpet and condition being addressed.

Can carpet cleaning remove every stain or odor?

No. Specialty treatments can improve many stains and odors, but permanent dye changes, old contamination, fiber damage, or contamination that has reached backing, pad, or surrounding materials may not be fully removable.

What is the difference between janitorial and commercial cleaning?

Janitorial Services focus on consistent routine facility upkeep on an ongoing schedule. Commercial Cleaning can support broader one-time, periodic, or recurring business-cleaning needs.

What tasks can be included in janitorial service?

The checklist is based on the facility's requirements and may focus on routine upkeep of floors, restrooms, entry areas, break rooms, common areas, and other high-use spaces. Exact tasks should be documented in the agreed service scope.

What is included in pre- and post-construction cleaning?

Construction cleaning focuses on dust, residue, and manageable cleaning-related debris left around building or renovation work. The exact checklist depends on the project stage, property condition, access, and agreed scope.

Does post-construction cleaning include heavy debris removal?

Routine construction cleaning is not the same as junk removal or demolition hauling. Heavy construction debris, hazardous materials, and specialty disposal should not be assumed unless they are explicitly included in the quote.

When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?

Final cleaning is most effective after major trades are substantially finished and the site is ready for detailed cleanup. Scheduling too early can result in new dust or residue from unfinished work.
